Do you allow refunds?

  • You will have 2 weeks from the date your order was placed to request a refund.
  • After those 2 weeks you may exchange for 1 other field trip of equal or lesser value
  • Group field trips are non-transferable, non-refundable

How long is my product good for?

  • Product is good through the current school year
  • After the current school year your order is archived
  • To get an order out of archive you would need to pay the difference between the price paid and there current list price as well as a $10 service fee.
  • Orders expire after 2 school years and cannot be pulled from the archive.

** Some field trips are only good for a certain season. If that is the case it is mentioned on our website as well as on the confirmation email we send you!
